Privacy Notice
Puliyankoodal Heritage is a private community archive. Family profiles, relationships, photographs, documents, and contribution tools are restricted to approved members and administrators.
Registration information
When you request access, the site stores the name, email address, current town or city, current country, reason for access, and introduction that you provide.
Registration security information
The site also records the IP address used for registration and, when available, an approximate city, region, and country derived from that IP address. IP-based location is approximate and may not match your actual location. It is shown to administrators only as an additional review signal.
How the information is used
Registration information is used to review requests for access, manage member permissions, and help protect the private archive. Submitted family information and media are reviewed by an administrator before approval.
Access to the archive
Registration does not provide immediate archive access. New accounts remain pending until an administrator approves them. Access can later be revoked by an administrator when necessary.
